Leadership Montco was created to cultivate a network of leaders across business, education, government, and non-profits—bringing together professionals and emerging leaders to build a stronger, more connected community.
Leadership Montco serves as a hub where professionals expand their leadership capacity, student leaders begin developing essential skills, and cross-sector partnerships take shape. Through targeted learning experiences and hands-on engagement with real challenges, participants gain a deeper understanding of how to lead effectively and create lasting impact.

Our Mission
Leadership Montco is designed to elevate the impact of local leaders in their service to the community. The program provides a deep dive into some of the most challenging issues facing our society and allows members to gain insight into what they can do to make Montgomery County a better community for everyone. Participants will grow as individuals, develop valuable contacts and interpersonal relationships, and expand their personal leadership skills.
